Qualifications

• Master’s degree in a quantitative field (Data Science, Statistics, CS, Mathematics, OR Engineering) or related field.
• At least three years of relevant professional experience in data science/analytics.
• Strong proficiency in Python and SQL, with large, complex datasets.
• Experience with Databricks, Spark, or similar cloud analytics platforms.
• Applied statistical analysis, ML, predictive modeling to real-world problems.
• Experience integrating multiple data sources at different granularities.
• Knowledge of model validation, data leakage, and correlation vs causation.
• Ability to frame business questions, select data, and derive defensible conclusions.
• Ability to visualize and communicate findings to management.

Responsibilities

• Execute analytics projects with goals to optimize traffic and revenue at existing projects.
• Improve traffic and revenue forecasts using new data and analytical techniques.
• Support business development analyses for new projects.
• Apply analytical methods to understand traffic, revenue trends, and demand drivers.
• Identify and integrate internal and third‑party data sources for studies.
• Support Cintra projects in North America and Europe.
• Translate complex analyses into clear conclusions, recommendations, and visuals.
• Stay informed on new data science methods, tools, and providers.
