Job summary

True Zero Technologies LLC is seeking a senior data scientist to develop data models, ML capabilities, analytical workflows, and cybersecurity automation across large enterprise data sets. The role collaborates with SOC personnel, threat hunters, analysts, testers, and engineers to translate telemetry and threat intelligence into actionable defenses.

A CAP certification is required and candidate must be eligible for a Secret clearance. Competitive salary and comprehensive benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• Master’s or PhD in statistics, engineering, CS, or economics.
• 5+ years in ML engineering, data science, data project engineering, or software development for data solutions.
• Experience leading a technical design and implementation team.
• Proficient in Python, JSON, C++, Java, R, or Scala.
• Experience with Docker and Kubernetes.
• CAP certification required; eligible for Secret clearance.

Responsibilities

• Lead design and implementation of data science solutions supporting enterprise cybersecurity operations.
• Develop data models and automation capabilities for security monitoring, detection, threat hunting, UEBA, and correlation of cybersecurity information.
• Design and implement custom algorithms, analytical processes, and data architectures for large-scale enterprise data sets.
• Develop ML models to identify anomalous behavior, emerging cyber threats, and indicators of malicious activity.
• Develop visualizations, dashboards, and reporting communicating cybersecurity data to technical and leadership audiences.
