Who’s a Fit:

• Experience:5+ years in industry Data Science and Machine Learning with an emphasison deployed prediction applications in the consumer space (churn, fraud,etc.)

In the role you will:

• Take aleading role in the optimization and troubleshooting of liveReinforcement Learning and Causal ML models driving OfferFit's marketingcampaign use cases.
• Analyze andimprove OfferFit's Reinforcement Learning and Causal ML algorithms incollaboration with the Applied ML engineering team that develops our MLpipeline.
• Create new custom diagnostic tests and analyses to support OfferFit's Reinforcement Learning and Causal ML algorithms.

Technical Landscape:

• OfferFit is creating a GUI based, customizable -ML platform
• ML Approaches: Contextual Bandits, Causal ML, Gradient Boosting
• Data Science/Back End: Python (Pandas, Sklearn), Gradient Boosting (Catboost, XGBoost, Lightgbm), SHAP, SQL (GBQ)
• Architecture/DevOps: Airflow, GCP

Additional Requirements:

The base salary range for thisposition in the United States is $226,000 - $274,000 per year pluseligibility for additional bonus ranging $31,000-$49,000;Eligibilityfor an end of year performance bonus, commissions (when applicable)and/or equity options may be provided as part of the compensationpackage, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or otherbenefits, depending on the position offered.
