Job summary

PingWind, Inc. is seeking a Data Scientist III to support the Maritime Electronic Warfare Systems Division for critical U.S. Navy EW, SEWIP, and related systems.

You will integrate data science, logistics, reliability, and operations research to improve system readiness, availability, and lifecycle performance while balancing mission needs and cost. The role requires at least 10 years of experience, a Master’s degree, and a Secret clearance, with cradle-to-grave support across engineering,

Qualifications

• Minimum of 10 years of experience.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement analytical techniques and applications that transform raw data into meaningful, actionable information supporting operational and program decision-making.
• Apply data mining, data modeling, statistical analysis, NLP, and ML techniques to analyze large structured and unstructured datasets.
• Use data-oriented programming languages and analytical tools to collect, process, integrate, analyze, and interpret complex datasets.
• Develop data models and algorithms to identify trends, patterns, relationships, anomalies, risks, and performance indicators.
• Create data visualizations, dashboards, and dynamic reports communicating complex findings to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Interpret analytical results and provide data-driven findings to support system performance, readiness, reliability, and maintenance.
• Integrate logistics, engineering, maintenance, reliability, and operational data for lifecycle management and sustainment analysis.
• Develop repeatable analytical processes, models, and reporting solutions to improve data quality and accessibility.
• Collaborate with logisticians, engineers, and program personnel to translate mission requirements into analytical solutions.
• Prepare and present technical reports and briefings enabling timely, informed decision-making.
