Job summary

HireHi is seeking an experienced Data Scientist / Machine Learning Engineer to design and deploy computer vision models for liveness and anti-spoofing, while building NLP pipelines for behavioral signals. You will own the full ML lifecycle from data labeling to deployment and monitoring, and work on fraud/risk scoring systems.

You will collaborate with backend and mobile teams, contribute to system architecture, and apply your CV and NLP expertise to a high-load, distributed product.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of DS/ML experience in production.
• Deep Computer Vision expertise: liveness, anti-spoofing, face analysis, and image/video classification.
• Strong NLP background: text classification, entity extraction, and behavioral signals.
• Experience with PyTorch or TensorFlow.
• Strong MLOps: deployment, versioning, monitoring, drift detection.
• Hands-on experience with high-load, mobile-first products.
• Experience with fraud and abuse detection and risk scoring systems.
• Proficiency in Python, Pandas, NumPy, and Scikit-learn.
• English proficiency at Intermediate+ or above.
• Nice to have: graph models or relational behavioral analysis.

Responsibilities

• Design and deploy CV models for liveness detection and anti-spoofing.
• Build NLP pipelines for behavioral signal extraction and incident analysis.
• Own the full ML lifecycle: data annotation, training, deployment, monitoring.
• Develop and maintain fraud and abuse detection systems.
• Contribute to safety scoring using behavioral and historical data.
• Integrate ML models with backend services and mobile infrastructure.
• Participate in system architecture discussions.
• Collaborate with the product team on hypothesis definition and validation.
