Job summary

IV.AI is seeking a senior data scientist/ML engineer to serve as the technical backbone for a growing data science team in the United States. You will bring rigorous statistics and ML expertise to evolve from notebook-based exploration to centralized, production-grade data pipelines on GCP.

This hands-on role includes mentoring team members, defining technical standards, and delivering scalable, production-ready workflows.

Qualifications

• 6-8+ years of professional data science experience with strong statistics and machine learning foundations.
• 2-3 years of hands-on production/deployment experience.
• Experience turning notebooks into production pipelines.
• Hands-on with GCP: BigQuery, Cloud Composer, Cloud Functions (or similar).

Responsibilities

• Own technical quality for models, metrics, and analyses across the team.
• Help define and enforce reproducibility and production-ready standards.
• Mentor data scientists and raise the technical bar on statistics and ML.
• Contribute hands-on to analyses and production-grade data pipelines.
