Raya is seeking a Data Scientist to own the definition and evolution of success metrics for all user-facing surfaces, balancing short-term value and long-term member engagement. You will define and maintain business metrics, semantic layers, and data models to ensure consistency and trust across the Places team, translating product requirements into scalable data assets with Data Engineering.

• 5+ years of data science and product analytics experience.
• Strong technical fluency with SQL and Python and applied statistics.
• Experience with hypothesis testing, confidence intervals, power analysis, and causal inference.
