Job summary

Fetch is seeking a Senior Data Scientist to design, operationalize production-grade models, and influence product strategy through data-driven decisions. You will partner with Product, Engineering, Marketing, and Data teams to turn complex datasets into measurable business impact via experimentation and predictive modeling.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of data science or analytics experience with product impact.
• Deep expertise in statistical modeling and causal inference.
• Strong SQL and at least one programming language (Python preferred).
• Experience with large-scale data systems (Snowflake, dbt, Airflow, Spark).
• Ability to communicate complex insights to non-technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and deploy predictive and causal models powering personalization and monetization.
• Develop experiments and measurement frameworks to ensure accurate attribution.
• Translate model outputs into actionable business insights for product and marketing.
• Partner with Product, Engineering, and Data teams to scale data products.
• Mentor peers and contribute to scientific rigor and data culture.
