• Collaborate with data scientists, software engineers, and product managers to deliver HR tools and AI-powered products.
• Utilize Python, SQL, AWS, LangChain, Hugging Face Transformers, VectorDBs, PyTorch/TensorFlow, and related tech to analyze large datasets.
• Translate complex data science work into actionable business outcomes with stakeholders.
