This role focuses on analytics across Branch Banking, Customer Care Center, and Customer Analytics using advanced analytics and large-scale data processing to drive business insights.

The ideal candidate has strong Python and PySpark skills, experience with large datasets, and the ability to communicate findings to technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 5+ years in Data Science, Analytics, Statistics, Mathematics, CS, Engineering or related field; OR Master's with 3+ years.
• Strong experience in Data Science, Analytics, or Advanced Analytics roles.
• Advanced programming in Python, PySpark, SQL, or Jupyter environments.
• Experience in Linux environments.
• Experience with big data platforms including Teradata.
• Strong statistical, analytical, and mathematical problem-solving skills.
• Experience developing predictive models, forecasting, and clustering/segmentation.
• Experience conducting ad hoc analyses and translating data into business recommendations.
• Ability to communicate analytical concepts to business stakeholders and non-technical audiences.
• Experience creating data visualizations and dashboards using Tableau and/or Power BI.

Responsibilities

• Lead implementation of analytical projects using large structured and unstructured data to extract insights.
• Direct data gathering, processing and mining of large datasets.
• Develop algorithms using advanced math and statistics like machine learning to predict outcomes and recommend actions.
• Lead analytical experiments and present insights to management via visualization and storytelling.
• Partner with Data Architects, Analysts, Engineers and Visualization Experts to deliver data-driven solutions.
