OneSix is seeking a Senior Data Scientist to design, train, and deploy cutting- edge ML solutions for a diverse client base. You will collaborate with engineers and scientists to push the state of the art and mentor teammates, shaping ML practices across projects.

The role emphasizes hands-on modeling, scalable deployment, and clear communication with technical and non-technical stakeholders in a fast-growing consultancy context.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of hands-on ML experience with a track record of shipping models to production.
• Strong expertise in at least one area—predictive/classical ML, computer vision, or LLM/agentic systems.
• Strong Python and SQL skills, production-code instincts, and Git fluency; R or C++ a plus.
• MS in a quantitative field, or equivalent depth demonstrated through shipped work.
• Clear communicator who can explain methodology and defend choices.

Responsabilités

• Research, design, and build ML models across a range of use cases.
• Work across the full deployment spectrum: managed cloud ML platforms and containerized solutions.
• Collaborate with engineers to integrate models into production environments and uphold MLOps best practices.
• Preprocess and analyze large datasets; assess data quality for model reliability.
• Contribute to technical discussions and foster a culture of learning.
