Job summary

Booz Allen Hamilton is seeking a data scientist to lead analytics across complex datasets, including IoT, ML and AI projects. You will mentor the team, partner with clients, and help translate data into actionable insights for decision making.

You will develop, deploy, and maintain GenSI models in production, oversee model development best practices, and communicate findings to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Clearance requirements apply where applicable.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in a data science field in a professional work environment.
• 5+ years of experience with machine learning, data mining, statistical modeling, and algorithm development.
• 5+ years of experience developing, deploying, and maintaining GenSI models in production environments.
• Experience building persistent monitoring and alerting applications for statistical or ML processes using SQL, Python, or R.

Responsibilities

• Guide and mentor team members; oversee development of algorithms and systems.
• Translate data into actionable insights and clear reports for technical and non-technical audiences.
• Collaborate with clients to understand questions and deliver data-driven solutions.
