Qualifications

• Advanced analytics leadership across multiple projects.
• Strong statistical and data mining capabilities.
• Experience translating business needs into analytical solutions.
• Proficiency with Python, R, SAS or Scala for modeling.

Responsibilities

• Lead analytics, data science, ML, and AI-enabled projects from concept through implementation.
• Partner with stakeholders to identify business needs and translate them into analytical solutions.
• Develop methodologies, predictive models, prototypes, algorithms, and proofs-of-concept.
• Analyze complex manufacturing datasets to identify trends, opportunities, and risks.
• Support resource planning, workload modelling, capacity evaluation, and process optimization.
• Apply statistical methods to evaluate performance, capacity, and outcomes.
• Work with SQL and other databases to extract and analyze data.
• Develop dashboards and presentations to communicate findings to technical and business audiences.
• Use Excel, Power BI, Smartsheet, JMP, Minitab, or similar tools to analyze data.
• Collaborate with partners and technical teams to define requirements and develop data-driven solutions.
• Manage projects with minimal supervision and clear progress reporting.
• Conduct structured business assessments and recommend analytical approaches.
• Create compelling data-driven stories using PowerPoint and Office tools.
• Support GMP, regulatory, security and data integrity requirements.
• Occasionally support activities outside standard schedule.
