You will design, implement, and oversee advanced models, mentor peers, and contribute to production-grade ML systems using Python and distributed compute tools.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of data scientist experience with LLM tools and RAG implementations.
• Strong Python programming skills.
• Experience maintaining production support with a software engineering team.

Responsibilities

• Experience with machine learning algorithms, including deep learning, gradient boosting, and random forests.
• Lead as a senior data scientist and mentor colleagues.
• Work with large language models and Transformer architectures (BERT, RoBERTa, T5).
• Apply LLMs including ChatGPT, GPT 3.5, Claude, Mistral.
• Work with large datasets and distributed computing (Hadoop, Spark).
• Coding in Python or another programming language.
• Mentor, train, and act as SME for teammates.
