Job summary

The candidate will design end-to-end data science workflows, mentor juniors, and collaborate with engineering to operationalize models. Strong Python/SQL, ML, and NLP experience are required, with an emphasis on autonomous work in a mission-driven environment.

Qualifications

• Active TS/SCI clearance and CI polygraph.
• 10+ years of experience in data science, analytics, or related technical field.
• Master’s degree or 2 extra years of experience in lieu.
• Proficient in Python and SQL; familiar with ML tooling.
• Experience deploying ML models and working with big data stacks.

Responsibilities

• Automate and optimize data extraction, cleaning, processing, and analysis tasks.
• Analyze large-scale structured and unstructured datasets with Spark/Hadoop or cloud equivalents.
• Lead end-to-end data science/engineering workflows with minimal supervision.
• Integrate graph tech, ML, and LLMs to create new analytics capabilities.
• Document methodologies and present findings to technical and non-technical audiences.
• Collaborate with engineering to deploy ML models into production.
