Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a technical field.
• 5+ years of quantitative analysis and data science; or 4+ years with a Master's; or 1+ year with a PhD.
• Experience with SQL and Python or R; strong statistics background.
• Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams and communicating insights.

Responsibilities

• Apply quantitative analysis, data mining, and modeling to deliver actionable insights.
• Drive timely decisions to improve product creation and adoption.
• Collaborate with product managers, engineers, designers, and marketers.
• Identify opportunities within Snap's data roadmap and build scalable analyses.
• Conduct ML or statistical analyses to deliver predictions and optimizations.
• Communicate best practices and develop cross-functional partnerships.
• Leverage AI tools to develop scalable data solutions with rigor.
