Intuit’s Lending Data Science team seeks a Sr. Staff Data Scientist to lead analytics strategy for Lending Marketplace and external partnerships.

You will set the analytics vision, define reusable frameworks, and influence product, marketing, and lending strategy at the business-unit level. You will apply first-principles thinking to translate business strategy into analytical problems, mentor junior scientists, and shape the AI-native roadmap with a focus on responsible, ethical measurement and

Qualifications

• 9+ years in data science driving strategy across multiple initiatives.
• Strong background in experimental design and causal inference.
• Deep expertise in predictive modeling and segmentation.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder influence at executive levels.
• Experience building reusable analytics frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Set analytics strategy across initiatives (Marketplace and partnerships).
• Influence Directors and VPs with actionable insights.
• Advance ML and causal inference methodologies for lending.
• Lead large-scale experimentation including quasi-experimental designs.
• Develop durable customer segmentation to improve targeting.
• Shape AI-native roadmaps with cross-functional teams.
• Mentor data scientists and scale analytical capabilities.
