Job summary

Allen Integrated Solutions seeks a Senior Data Scientist to apply advanced data engineering, AI/ML workflows, and statistical modeling within NASIC on-site in Dayton. You will convert complex algorithms into scalable software outputs and dashboards, integrating with the NASIC Unified Cloud.

The role requires a TS/SCI clearance, 8–10+ years of data science/CS experience (or a master's with 8+), and hands-on Python/R proficiency in secure cloud environments.

Qualifications

• Education & experience requirements: Bachelor’s + 10 years or Master’s + 8 years in Data Science/CS/Math.
• Technical expertise: large-scale data processing, algorithmic code modifications, secure cloud infra (DAF Cloudworks).
• Clearance & compliance: TS/SCI for 100% on-site support at Wright-Patterson AFB; DoD/Air Force standards.
• NASIC experience: NASIC experience desired but not mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Advanced AI/ML coding and modeling with hands-on scripting and data modeling.
• Analytical transformation & dashboarding to convey mission-critical trends.
• Data strategy and infrastructure integration within Zero Trust Architecture frameworks.
• Reporting & documentation support for progress metrics and velocity of algorithms.
• Technology scouting & prototyping; pilot scripts in non-production environments.
• Cross-functional collaboration with software engineers and DB admins to ensure governance.
