Canon U.S.A., Inc. is seeking a Senior Data Scientist to bridge quantitative analysis with business execution across marketing and analytics. You will build ML models for personalized marketing, maintain data pipelines, and enable executive reporting in a hybrid office setting.

The role demands 5+ years in quantitativeField and strong Python/R/SQL skills, with leadership experience and a track record in A/B testing and predictive modeling. Salary range provided; US-based role.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field or equivalent experience with 5+ years in related work.
• Strong programming in Python/R/SAS/SQL for data manipulation and modeling.
• Experience building and deploying machine learning models and conducting hypothesis tests.
• Proven ability to design complex A/B tests and measure marketing impact.
• Experience creating predictive models (LTV, churn) and marketing measurement frameworks.
• Ability to translate technical findings into business insights with autonomy.
• Data governance and data architecture knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Design, train, and deploy statistical and machine learning models for hyper-personalized marketing campaigns.
• Construct forecasting models across sales, customer, channel, and product data.
• Design and evaluate A/B and multivariate tests to optimize marketing interactions.
• Build, automate, and maintain scalable data pipelines from multiple sources.
• Ensure high data integrity for cross-functional reporting and BI dashboards.
• Acquire, integrate, and extract new data sources when feeds are unavailable.
• Analyze business issues using advanced mathematical concepts for leadership.
