Job summary

The Leading Niche is seeking a Senior Data Scientist to support the Bureau of Population, Refugees, and Migration with advanced data science, analytics, modeling, forecasting, reporting, dashboarding, and data management for the PRM Enterprise System.

You will work with internal and external stakeholders to translate policy questions into analytical solutions, build predictive models, and communicate findings to technical and non-technical audiences. A secret clearance is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Statistics, Computer Science, Mathematics, Data Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
• 5–10 years of relevant work experience in data science, statistical modeling, ML, or advanced analytics.
• Strong analytical and quantitative skills; excellent communication and presentation abilities.

Responsibilities

• Conduct advanced data analyses to identify patterns and insights within programmatic, financial, humanitarian, and operational datasets.
• Develop statistical and predictive models to support policy and program decision-making.
• Design dashboards and reports using BI tools to provide timely, data-driven insights for stakeholders.
