Job summary

TLN Worldwide Enterprises Inc. seeks a Senior Data Scientist to support PRM's Enterprise System. You will perform advanced analytics, develop predictive models, and build dashboards to inform humanitarian program decisions for the Bureau of Population, Refugees, and Migration.

Work with stakeholders to translate complex data into actionable insights, ensure data quality and governance, and clearly communicate findings to technical and non-technical audiences. A Secret clearance is required.

Qualifications

• Secret clearance required.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Statistics, CS, Math, Data Science or related field.
• 5–10 years of experience in data science or advanced analytics.
• Strong Python, R, and SQL proficiency.
• Experience with BI tools such as Power BI or Tableau.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop advanced analytics, forecasting, and modeling for PRiMES.
• Create dashboards and reports for technical and non-technical users.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate questions into analyses.
• Ensure data governance, quality, and security best practices.
• Support system authorizations and stakeholder coordination.
