About the job

As a high-leverage member of the Growth System and Search Promo team, you'll drive the expansion of Google's iOS and Android Apps, and other Search Products like AI Mode. You'll partner strategically with Product, Engineering, Design, and User Experience Researcher (UXR) teams to identify and capitalize on growth opportunities. This involves solving complex business problems through advanced user analysis and experimentation, and effectively communicating data-driven solutions and recommendations to cross-functional partners.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $166,000-$244,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Individual pay within the range depends on work location, skills, experience, and education. Your recruiter can provide specific salary details during the hiring process.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with stakeholders across projects and teams to identify and clarify business or product questions. Provide feedback to translate questions into analysis, metrics, or models.
• Design and evaluate models to mathematically express and solve defined problems, using specialized data infrastructure or models.
• Gather information on business goals, priorities, and organizational context, along with data infrastructure.
• Own data collection, extraction, and compilation across sources using tools like SQL, R, Python. Ensure data quality and readiness for analysis.
