Tata Consultancy Services Limited in Addison, TX is seeking a Data Scientist to design, develop, and maintain document capture and NLP-driven processing solutions. You will build enterprise-scale ML/NLP models and GenAI capabilities to transform large-scale data into actionable insights and automated workflows.

The role requires a strong software engineering background and hands-on ML/NLP delivery in Agile teams, collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders to deliver scalable solutions

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience as a Data Scientist or in a related role.
• Bachelor's degree in CS, Data Science, or related field.
• 5+ years of Python programming for ML/NLP development.
• Experience building supervised and unsupervised ML models with feature engineering and evaluation.
• Hands-on experience creating ML/NLP pipelines for large-scale structured and unstructured data.
• 2+ years delivering enterprise ML/NLP solutions (NER, Document Classification, Summarization, Topic Modeling, Sentiment, Dialog).
• Exposure to OCR technologies and GenAI frameworks (Hugging Face, LangChain).
• Experience in Agile software development.

Responsabilités

• Design, build, and deploy ML/NLP models for document processing and analysis.
• Develop end-to-end ML pipelines: ingestion, cleansing, feature engineering, model selection, evaluation.
• Implement GenAI-driven document understanding features (summarization, classification, entity extraction).
• Leverage OCR to process scanned and unstructured documents.
• Develop scalable systems to handle large volumes of data.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams across Lines of Business, Risk, and Technology.
• Contribute to CI/CD, testing, and deployment best practices.
• Work in an Agile delivery model with sprint planning and releases.
