Job summary

Quantum Technologies LLC in Houston, TX is seeking a Senior Data Scientist + Gen AI to build production-grade Generative AI systems. You will focus on prompt engineering, tool orchestration, and robust evaluation to reduce hallucinations and improve accuracy.

The role requires strong Python expertise and hands-on experience with large language models and AWS Bedrock. You will work in a fast-paced environment on multi-step reasoning, context management, and security with RBAC and privacy

Qualifications

• Production-grade GenAI systems experience.
• Strong Python in production environments.
• Knowledge of prompts, tool calling, and evaluation metrics.
• Familiarity with AWS Bedrock is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Design and deploy scalable Gen AI solutions in production.
• Develop prompt systems and function calling workflows.
• Implement observability, ground-truth setups, and hallucination controls.
• Measure and improve model faithfulness and context management.
• Collaborate with teams using Jira/Confluence.
• Ensure security, RBAC, and privacy in deployments.
