Job summary

Nestlé IT & Digital Americas is seeking a Sr. Data Scientist to partner with Supply Chain Planning and Analytics teams to build scalable forecasting solutions.

You will design production forecasting models, embed AI in forecasting workflows, and serve as a liaison between technical and functional sides of Enterprise Forecasting. You will leverage ML/AI, deploy models on cloud platforms, and create Power BI dashboards for KPI monitoring, driving value across Nestlé USA.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in statistics, mathematics, economics, business, or related field.
• 5+ years in data science, forecasting, or advanced analytics with SQL/Python.
• 5+ years extracting, transforming, and analyzing large datasets with data visualizations.
• 3+ years deploying and maintaining ML models in production (regression, time series).

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and deploy forecasting models in production.
• Build scalable forecasting processes with ML Ops.
• Embed GenAI capabilities into forecasting workflows.
• Explore AI/ML techniques to improve accuracy and scalability.
• Collaborate with Supply Chain Planning and cross-functional teams.
• Support Enterprise Forecasting initiatives and training for users.
