Progressive Leasing is seeking a Senior Data Scientist to design and maintain decision systems and predictive models, driving measurable business impact. You’ll explore new data sources, run experiments, and prototype solutions using cutting-edge technologies.

You’ll also mentor teammates and communicate complex results to senior stakeholders. The ideal candidate has 4+ years’ experience, a Master’s in a quantitative field, and deep Python/R/SQL expertise, with a track record of applying models

Formación

• 4+ years of experience in a data science role.
• Master’s degree in a quantitative/technical field.
• Deep experience with R, Python, ML tools and SQL.
• Proven track record applying advanced models to real problems.
• Ability to craft rigorous research/evaluation designs.
• Ability to own projects end to end, from problem to deployment.
• Strong communication skills for non-technical audiences.
• Interest in AI-enabled tools and expanding workflows.
