Job summary

catworkx Italy is seeking an Advanced Data Scientist to join our international team. You will manage data collection, verification, and integration for a multiscale EU bioeconomy database using MuSIASEM, combining data engineering, quantitative analysis, and policy-focused communication.

The role is fully remote (with on-site optional in Ispra) and requires 36 months MuSIASEM, 12 months Python, 12 months web development, and a Master’s degree.

Qualifications

• 36 months MuSIASEM applied to quantitative assessments.
• 12 months Python experience.
• 12 months web programming (HTML5, CSS3, SASS, JavaScript/ECMAScript 6 with D3.js).
• 6 months Adobe suite (InDesign, Acrobat or Illustrator).
• Strong knowledge of European agricultural datasets, ETL pipelines, data warehouse, Power BI and DAX.
• Minimum 10 years IT experience.
• English C1 or higher.
• Master’s degree (or equivalent).
