The role emphasizes model innovation, pilot analyses with lenders, and productionizing AI solutions in a collaborative, agile environment.

Qualifications

• Master’s or PhD in a quantitative field (e.g., Data Science, Applied Math/Statistics, CS, Engineering, Econometrics).
• 3-5 years of professional analytics, AI/ML/LLM, data science experience in research or corporate settings.
• Proficiency in Python for data science workflows.
• Experience with ML techniques for predictive risk and credit modeling.
• Strong track record of research, analyses, and presenting findings.
• Experience delivering insights that drive business impact.
• Experience working in Agile and cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Conduct advanced research on structured and unstructured data to support product management and new product development.
• Develop, evaluate, and deploy ML models including credit risk and predictive models.
• Lead GenAI/LLMs work, including fine-tuning and explainability.
• Drive pilot analyses with back-testing and performance evaluations across diverse datasets.
• Improve model monitoring processes and create dashboards to communicate insights.
• Partner with engineers to productionize models for scalable systems.
• Research emerging AI/ML technologies and best practices.
• Translate analyses into actionable business recommendations for technical and non-technical audiences.
• Contribute to thought leadership through white papers and presentations.
