Qualifications

• Experience building and deploying credit risk models, especially underwriting models.
• 10+ years in model development and deployment using advanced statistics and ML techniques.
• Ability to influence technical direction and mentor staff.

Responsibilities

• Lead design, development, and deployment of high-stakes statistical/ML models.
• Drive end-to-end delivery from problem framing to deployment and monitoring.
