Job summary

Roblox is seeking a Senior Data Scientist for the Creator Platform to own end-to-end data problems across trust & safety, measurement, data infrastructure, and AI-enabled analytics. You will shape model development and executive recommendations that influence platform integrity and creator success.

Qualifications

BS, MSc, or PhD in Computer Science, Statistics, Applied Math, or related quantitative field.
Proven ability to own complex, cross-functional data problems end-to-end, from framing to modeling to executive communication.

Responsibilities

Own Creator Reputation & Publish Gating; maintain auto-approval model for DevEx requests.
Lead anti-abuse modeling for creator rewards and analytics.
DRI for core creator data infrastructure; design data contracts and semantic layers.
Lead DS AI enablement for the creator org, building scalable AI-enabled workflows.
Define top-line metrics and own measurement for creator analytics.
