Job summary

JD Power is seeking a Senior Data Scientist to immerse in automotive industry data and design AI/ML solutions that process, link, and enrich data at scale.

The role requires 8+ years of experience with large datasets, 4+ years Python, and production deployment of ML models and data workflows. You will collaborate with product and engineering teams across North America and Europe in a remote, multinational environment.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of professional data science experience with large datasets.
• 4+ years of applied Python programming for data science.
• 4+ years of working with database software (SQL databases like Snowflake, MySQL, etc.).
• Experience deploying Python processes on Snowpark / Snowpark Container Services and in production APIs.

Responsibilities

• Design and deploy AI/ML solutions for automotive data at scale.
• Lead end-to-end data science projects and coordinate with product teams.
• Create visual reports in Tableau summarizing findings and data pipelines.
• Document data workflows including preprocessing, quality rules, and validation results.
