Job summary

Definitive Healthcare Corp. is seeking a senior AI/ML engineer to own and advance the development of AI-driven healthcare insights. You will build, test, and refine LLM, RAG, and tool-using agent workflows in Python, and define evaluation criteria within our framework.

You will collaborate with data scientists and engineers to diagnose retrieval misses, improve accuracy, and ensure reliable, scalable deployments. A strong track record in ML and practical problem-solving is required.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in data science, ML, applied AI, or software engineering.
• Strong Python, LLM, RAG, and Databricks experience.
• Excellent analytical problem-solving and communication skills.
