Innova Solutions is hiring a Data Scientist for a 6+ month contract in Austin, TX. This onsite role requires 10+ years in analytics, strong SQL, R/Python and Tableau skills, and a degree in economics, finance, statistics, mathematics, econometrics, or related fields.

W-2 arrangement and compensation of $60–$65 per hour are offered. The candidate should demonstrate ability to influence cross-functional teams with actionable insights and leverage ML techniques where appropriate.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of demonstrated experience in an Analytics role.
• Proven ability to partner with cross-functional business teams to deliver actionable data insights and recommendations.
• Expertise with SQL, R or Python and data visualization tools such as Tableau for full-stack data analysis.
• Knowledge of and experience in leveraging Applied Statistical/ML techniques.
• The ideal candidate will have SQL, R, Python and Tableau.

• Act as a thought partner to cross-functional teams, offering data-driven insights and recommendations.
• Influence decision making and strategies without formal authority.
