Accenture Federal Services seeks a highly experienced Data Scientist SME to support mission-critical programs for the Intelligence Community and national security. You will lead advanced analytics, ML, and Generative AI to transform complex data into actionable insights for decision-makers.

The role requires expertise in data science methodologies, predictive analytics, data exploration, and AI-driven solutions, with a track record of delivering production-grade analytics in complex datasets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field (data science, statistics, mathematics, CS, engineering, OR).
• 10+ years of data science/analytics experience.
• Production-ready predictive analytics and data-driven solutions.

Responsabilités

• Lead the development and implementation of advanced data science, analytics, and ML solutions.
• Analyze large, structured and unstructured datasets to identify patterns and insights.
• Develop predictive, classification, forecasting, and optimization models for mission and business decisions.
• Apply statistical analysis, experimentation, and advanced analytics methodologies.
• Develop and deploy Generative AI solutions, including LLMs and AI-powered analytics.
• Design and implement Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) workflows.
• Conduct data exploration, cleansing, feature engineering, validation, and model evaluation.
• Create visualizations, dashboards, reports, and executive briefings for stakeholders.
• Collaborate with data engineers, software and AI engineers, and mission partners.
• Ensure governance, Responsible AI, and organizational standards compliance.
• Monitor model performance, fairness, explainability, and accuracy.
