Qualifications

• BS or MS in data science, CS, statistics or related field.
• 10+ years in data science, ML or applied AI.
• Proven leadership on enterprise-scale data science initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise data science and AI strategy across organization.
• Deliver proofs of concept and MVPs that scale to production.
• Translate business problems into analytical AI-driven solutions.
• Design and deploy ML solutions: predictive modeling, NLP, LLMs, recommendations.
• Apply deep learning, time series, A/B testing, statistics.
• Mentor data science talent and lead cross-functional teams.
• Collaborate with data engineers for scalable data platforms and pipelines.
• Establish model validation, governance, bias mitigation, and auditability.
