AT&T is seeking a Lead Data Scientist to translate complex business problems into actionable insights through data extraction, cleaning, feature engineering, and end-to-end ML development. You will explore data, build and deploy models, and craft visualizations for decision-makers to drive innovation across the enterprise.

Required: Master’s in a quantitative field and 5+ years of related experience. Location includes Atlanta, Dallas, and El Segundo with a competitive salary and strong benefits.

Qualifications

• Experience extracting and preprocessing data from diverse sources.
• Proficient in Python or similar data science language and ML libraries.
• Ability to build, evaluate and deploy ML models with monitoring.
• Strong visualization and reporting capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Data extraction and preparation from datalakes, databases and warehouses.
• Design, build and analyze large datasets with scalable solutions.
• Code and feature engineering for model development and deployment.
• Create visualizations and reports for stakeholders; collaborate cross-functionally.
• Develop generative AI models and tuning techniques; apply RAG and prompts.
