Job summary

VF Corporation is seeking a Senior Data Scientist to accelerate its Data & AI transformation. You will join cross-functional teams to design, develop, and deploy scalable AI and ML solutions that deliver measurable business value across fashion brands.

Responsibilities include building predictive models, forecasting, and Generative AI apps, while ensuring responsible AI practices and production readiness. 5+ years of experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree or Ph.D. in Data Science, CS, ML, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience delivering analytics/ML/AI solutions.
• Proven ability to translate business problems into AI/ML deployments.
• Experience in retail, consumer products, or eCommerce is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop and deploy advanced ML solutions across marketing, merchandising, supply chain, and digital commerce.
• Design and operationalize predictive models, forecasting, and optimization algorithms.
• Lead end-to-end model development and monitor production performance.
• Collaborate with product, data engineering, DevOps, and leadership to drive ROI.
• Build AI solutions using LLMs, RAG, AI agents, and multimodal capabilities.
