Qualifications

• Experience in data analytics and visualization for operational data.
• Ability to clean, organize, analyze and interpret complex data.
• Programming and automation experience, with exposure to AI-enabled tools.
• Experience with Python, Codex, AI-assisted coding, Power Automate, scripting, or digital workflows.
• Statistical mindset for variability, trending, capacity, data comparison and monitoring.
• Validation and GMP documentation experience and compliance awareness.
• Strong communication and stakeholder engagement across teams.

Responsibilities

• Assist AI-enabled optimization, resource planning and validation-related initiatives.
• Collect, organize, clean, analyze, and interpret complex data for insights.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate needs into tool requirements.
• Communicate results to management and technical stakeholders.
