Tier4 Group is seeking a Senior Data Scientist, Advanced Analytics, to develop machine learning models and analytical solutions for customer acquisition, retention, pricing, and marketing effectiveness in a telecommunications environment.

The role collaborates with Marketing, Product, Finance, and Technology to turn complex data into actionable insights that drive business performance and measurable impact. Advanced analytics, cloud ML, and scalable pipelines are central to success.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in data science, machine learning, or advanced analytics.
• Strong programming skills in Python and SQL.
• Experience with BigQuery, BigQuery ML, and cloud-based analytical environments.
• Hands-on experience with scikit-learn, XGBoost, LightGBM, and pandas.
• Excellent communication skills translating analyses into business recommendations.

Responsibilities

• Develop and deploy scalable predictive and ML solutions to improve acquisition, retention, pricing, and marketing performance.
• Own end-to-end ML lifecycle from design to deployment, monitoring and optimization.
• Apply advanced statistics, ML, experimentation and analytics to solve business challenges.
• Develop ML solutions using BigQuery ML and Python libraries.
• Communicate insights via visualizations, dashboards, and executive presentations.
• Research and implement emerging AI technologies to enhance capabilities.
