Job summary

Kayzen is seeking a Senior Data Scientist to join our globally distributed team. You will work on terabytes of data, building and deploying machine-learning models that drive bidding decisions in production, with room to experiment and iterate.

You will collaborate with data engineers and ML engineers across the world, leveraging Python, Spark, Hadoop, Airflow, Docker and SQL to optimize ad campaigns. Remote work is supported with Berlin relocation options and generous budgets.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience developing data science products
• Ad-tech industry experience required
• Strong coding practices with clean, reproducible code
• Experience with large-scale data and ML models
• Experience with neural networks is highly valuable

Responsibilities

• Enhance models and features by incorporating new data
• Collaborate with ML Engineering to deploy scalable algorithms
• Explore data sources and research innovative uses of data
• Investigate new ML solutions to optimize the value chain
• Conduct A/B testing to drive insights and refine strategies
