We are looking to add a Senior Data Scientist to our team! This is a full-time, remote position.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Develop and implement optimization algorithms, including gradient descent, linear programming, and curve/function fitting.
2. Design and execute advanced marketing analytics techniques, such as Multi-Touch Attribution (MTA), Marketing Mix Modeling (MMM), or incrementality analysis, to evaluate and improve campaign performance.
3. Write efficient SQL queries to extract, manipulate, and analyze data from relational databases.
4. Build robust models and predictive algorithms using Python, focusing on libraries like pandas, scikit-learn, and scipy.
5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams—marketing, product, engineering—to translate business problems into analytical solutions.
6. Communicate findings, insights, and recommendations effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
7. Continuously seek opportunities to improve existing models and processes.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Data Science, Physics, Engineering, Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or related fields.
• Proficiency in SQL and Python programming.
• Experience with Python libraries such as pandas, scikit-learn, and SciPy.
• Strong problem-solving skills with a passion for leveraging data to drive business decisions.
• Experience with optimization techniques (e.g., gradient descent, linear programming) and curve/function fitting is a plus.
• Background in marketing analytics, with hands-on experience in MTA, MMM, or incrementality analysis is a plus.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
