As a Senior Data Scientist, you will play a key role in solving complex business challenges through advanced analytics and machine learning. You will partner with cross‑functional stakeholders across claims, underwriting, actuarial, and other business areas to transform large, complex datasets into actionable insights that drive business decisions. In this role, you will develop, deploy, validate, and optimize predictive models while ensuring data quality, regulatory compliance, and reproducible analytical processes. You will also create impactful visualizations and communicate technical findings to a variety of audiences, while helping advance innovative data science capabilities throughout the organization.

Safety National is committed to fair, transparent pay and we strive to provide competitive, market‑based compensation. In our vision to be First with Co‑Workers, compensation is only one piece of the comprehensive total rewards package we offer. The target base salary range for this position is $116,500 to $150,500. Compensation for the successful candidate will consider the candidate’s particular combination of knowledge, skills, competencies, experience and geographic location.
