Beacon Pointe Advisors is seeking a Senior Reporting Associate to maintain the firm’s data for performance reporting and support internal projects. The role involves inputting client information, coordinating New Account Setup with external resources, auditing data for accuracy, and monitoring CRM-data synchronization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Analytics, Finance, or Business preferred.
• 1–2+ years of reporting and operations experience (Tamarac & Salesforce experience highly preferred).
• Advanced Excel skills preferred.
• Proficiency working with multiple data sets and databases.
• Strong attention to detail with organizational skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and written/verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Input and update client information into internal systems.
• Coordinate external resources for New Account Setup per policies & procedures.
• Conduct audits to ensure data accuracy.
• Monitor data synchronization between reporting system and CRM.
• Oversee reporting and billing cycles, execution and delivery of reports, and auditing of performance issues.
• Daily research and assignment of security classifications from various sources.
• Manage and support reporting on Alternative Investments.
• Handle CRM queue inquiries and troubleshoot data discrepancies.
