Job summary

FlightSafety International is seeking a Lead Data Quality Analyst to drive enterprise‑wide data quality initiatives and ensure data accuracy across our lakehouse architecture. You will lead the development of data quality frameworks, partner with data engineers and governance teams, and mentor junior analysts to improve data stewardship and ownership across business units.

The role focuses on validating ETL/ELT pipelines, defining KPIs, and building automated monitoring with metrics dashboards,

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent industry experience.
8+ years in data quality, governance, or data management.
5+ years with SQL and data validation techniques.

Responsibilities

Lead design and implementation of enterprise data quality frameworks and rules.
Collaborate with engineering to validate ETL/ELT pipelines and data transformations.
Define and monitor data quality KPIs across structured and unstructured data sources.
Develop automated data quality monitoring systems with alerts and dashboards.
Conduct profiling and root-cause analysis to resolve data issues.
Establish data quality standards, workflows, and documentation practices.
Partner with Data Governance to align with governance policies.
