Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher with experience in analyzing and reporting data to drive improvements.
• 1 year of experience querying databases to identify issues, trends, or exceptions.
• Experience communicating impact of business analysis results to leaders.
• Ability to design and maintain reports and tools for data-driven decision making.

Responsibilities

• Collect, summarize, and analyze data to support strategic planning and program development.
• Understand business processes across Pharmacy & Retail Operations to drive improvements.
• Provide complex analysis to justify changes and ROI for new initiatives.
• Act as project liaison to inform stakeholders across corporate and field teams.
• Manage ad-hoc analyses and reporting to meet business goals and regulatory needs.
• Design and deploy reports and dashboards to support performance monitoring.
• Coach and guide junior Business Analysts.
