Job summary

Michels Corporation seeks a Staff Data Product Manager to shape enterprise data strategy and lead the data products that enable self-service access to trusted data. You will champion the enterprise data platform, balance quick wins with governance and scalability, and guide analytics, reporting, and AI across the Michels Family of Companies.

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 7+ years of experience in data product management for enterprise data platforms.
• Experience defining roadmaps, requirements, user stories, and success metrics.

Responsibilities

• Engage stakeholders to surface data pain points and opportunities.
• Prioritize platform capabilities and determine which data products to build.
• Define curated data products, including tables and semantic models.
• Translate needs into stories and acceptance criteria for engineering.
• Maintain data asset quality, documentation, and self-serve readiness.
