Job summary

Main Street Renewal is seeking a Senior Product Manager to own the vision and execution of our data product roadmap, leveraging Databricks, Salesforce, and AI tooling to unlock business value. You will partner with data engineers, analytics, and stakeholders to ship data-driven capabilities.

In this fast-growing environment you’ll lead agile teams, translate complex problems into clear requirements, and help treat data as a product with strong ownership and quality standards.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in product management, ideally with exposure to data platforms, analytics, or data engineering.
• Experience partnering with both business stakeholders and technical/engineering teams to prioritize and deliver a roadmap.
• Familiarity with modern cloud data platforms and tooling (Databricks, Snowflake) is a strong plus.
• Exposure to AI or machine learning-powered product initiatives is a plus.
• Experience using product management tools such as Jira, Confluence, or similar.
• Ability to analyze business and/or technical problems to guide data and software development.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills; comfortable presenting to senior leadership.

Responsibilities

• Own the vision, roadmap and lifecycle of data products for our data engineering and analytics teams, balancing strategic initiatives against day-to-day business demand.
• Champion 'data as a product' thinking and ensure data assets meet rigorous quality standards.
• Partner with stakeholders to identify data needs and opportunities that impact KPIs.
• Translate requirements into epics, user stories, and acceptance criteria for data teams.
• Build relationships with technical teams to keep the roadmap realistic and well-sequenced.
• Identify opportunities to apply AI and modern data tooling to internal business problems.
