The role balances operational leadership with process management, analytics, and collaboration across data engineering, analytics, and business teams to deliver reliable, scalable data operations for clients.

Qualifications

• 9+ years of experience leading operational, process management, data operations, or service delivery functions.
• Experience managing client-facing operational processes and service commitments.
• Proven success leading operational transformation initiatives including process redesign, automation adoption, standardization, and quality improvement.
• Experience implementing quality controls, monitoring, automation, and operational governance practices.
• Proven leadership experience managing teams and driving organizational change.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design, documentation, standardization, and optimization of operational processes supporting client data feeds and data products.
• Oversee day-to-day operations ensuring service commitments and delivery schedules are met.
• Develop and monitor operational performance metrics to drive accountability and transparency.
• Partner with business, product, engineering, and client-facing teams to ensure operational readiness and execution excellence.
