Job summary

McKesson is seeking a Sr Manager, Data Process Excellence & Transformation to lead operational processes behind client data feeds and data products. You will modernize legacy workflows, drive automated quality controls, and guide transformation across DT&O while improving service reliability and client outcomes.

Qualifications

9+ years of experience leading operational, data operations, or service delivery.
Experience managing client-facing operational processes and service commitments.
Proven success leading operational transformation initiatives, including process redesign and automation adoption.

Responsibilities

Lead design, documentation, standardization, and optimization of operational processes supporting client data feeds and data products.
Oversee day-to-day operations ensuring service commitments and delivery schedules are met.
Establish quality standards and implement automated validations, monitoring, and exception handling.
Coach and mentor teams, align priorities with organizational objectives, and drive cross-functional collaboration.
