Qualifications

• At least five years of privacy experience.
• IAPP certifications preferred (CIPP/E, CIPP/US, CIPM).
• Experience working with diverse teams across Americas is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide advice and guidance to business units and corporate functions on Privacy program risks.
• Maintain current knowledge of Americas privacy laws and regulations and implement changes to policies and programs.
• Participate in Privacy Governance activities, including data subject rights, regulatory notifications, DPIAs, privacy notices, and risk assessments.
• Contribute to the development and maintenance of policies, standards, procedures and response plans.
